Shaheen Shah Afridi, the captain of Pakistan Super League (PSL) Lahore Qalandar, the fast bowler of the national cricket team, has given an interesting answer to the question of engagement at an early age.
Recently, cricketer Shaheen Shah Afridi has given an interview to well-known journalist Sohail Warraich in Geo News show ‘Ek Din Geo Ke Saath’.
In this interview, he has answered many questions about his marriage, personal and professional life.
In response to a question from Sohail Warraich about a young engagement, Shaheen Shah Afridi replied shyly, “I have found what my heart wish for.”
Shaheen Afridi thanked Allah and added during the interview, “I think it was my wish to get engaged to Shahid Afridi’s daughter.”
He added that he had met his future wife (Shahid Afridi’s daughter Aqsa) and would continue to do so.
Asked about the marriage, Shaheen Afridi said, “I will get married when the time is right. I am focusing on cricket now and my fiance is also studying.”
Shaheen Afridi added in an interview that “he started playing cricket after seeing his elder brother Riaz Afridi and he was lucky to get a chance to play in the national team.”
Shaheen Afridi also said that he is very fond of cars and so far he has bought several expensive cars.
